“Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood“, “Shaun White Skateboarding” and “Just Dance 2” will all be playable at tournaments hosted by international videogame publisher Ubisoft on the University of Florida campus throughout the Fall 2010 semester.
According to Jay Uy, a UF sophomore and Ubisoft college representative, the first tournament will be held on October 13 for Just Dance 2. Uy said he plans on holding the event in the Southwest Recreation Center’s newly renovated social lounge where there are four flat-screen televisions and Wii systems set up.
There will be several copies of “Just Dance 2″ given away to the top players, as well as consolation prizes of T-shirts, stickers and posters.
The “Assassins Creed: Brotherhood” and “Shaun White” tournaments do not have official dates yet, but copies of the games are already planned as prizes for the top players. According to Uy, the tournaments will most likely take place near the release dates of the titles, which are Oct. 1 and Nov. 16 respectively.

UPDATE:
The Just Dance 2 tournament will no longer be held in the Southwest Recreation Center. This post will be updated when an official venue is announced.

When we consider that every year some few individuals make enormous fortunes at it, the balance of loss to be distributed amongst the remainder is considerable.
